BAB I PENDAHULUAN A.     Latar Belakang Strategi merupakan komponen penting dalam pengelolaan perusahaan karena melalui strategi manajemen inilah sebuah perusahaan merencanakan taktik yang akan dipilih untuk dilaksanakan dan diterapkan sehingga perusahaan dapat unggul dalam dunia bisnis. Analisis situasi merupakan tahap awal perencanaan program perusahaan untuk mendefinisikan masalah sesuai realita. Analisis situasi sangat menentukan keberhasilan program, apabila masalah yang ditemukan benar didefinisikan sesuai realita maka tidak susah untuk melakukan perencanaan dan implementasi program nantinya.
